Youth Basketball Tournament In West Des Moines, Iowa Westside Classic

Rules	* Iowa High School Athletic Association rules will be followed. * Two 18 minute halves with a running clock. Clock will NOT stop on free throws. * Clock will not stop in the first half but will stop the last two minutes of the 2nd half as long as the game is within 15 points. ***If the game is not at 15+ before the 2:00 mark but gets to that point after the 2:00 mark, the clock will continue to run. If the game is at 15+ at 2:00 mark and is cut to 10 or under, the clock will stop on all whistles. * OT periods will be 2:00 min long/2nd OT 1:00/3rd OT sudden death. * Pressing is allowed until a team is up 15+. Then it needs to be pulled off. * Teams will provide game balls. It needs to be a 28.5” high school girls basketball. * Teams are allowed 3 timeouts per game with one additional per OT period. Tie breaker: Head to head Total points allowed Total points scored Coin flip We will use 2 officials for each game.
