Deadline: January 7, 2006. Limited number of teams accepted to fill schedule.
Must send in fee with registration form. Team Roster may be turned in up to first scheduled game. Players may be added up to first scheduled game with parental signed waiver. Max. of 28 teams, send in early. Tentative Schedule: Sat. 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Cost: $80.00 per team. Checks will be held till deadline date.
Certified referees for most semi-final and final round games.
Guarantee: minimum 2 games.
Balls: 28.5 balls used. Each team must bring own practice balls.
Scheduling: If you have a previously scheduled game, tournament day, please note on
registration form and will try to schedule or money returned.
Admission: $3.00 for 18 and older; $1.00 for school age, except players, one head coach and one assistant coach.
Awards: 1st, 2nd and Consolation (3rd) winners: medal to each player and 2 coaches.
Concessions: Available at both sites.
Tournament Bracket: First round Non-winners will play in 'Consolation' Bracket for third place;
and First round Winners will play in 'A' Bracket for 1st and 2nd. Non-winners in both brackets
after 2nd round are done.
Location: Underwood High School-2 courts; Underwood Middle School-1 court.
Rules: Will follow Iowa High School Basketball Rules except:

Max. Roster 12 players.
Player may only play for 1 team in tourney.
6 Minute Qtrs. with time clock per High School rules; approx. 5 min. halves.
No Over & Back but half court line used for 10 second line.
No 3 point shots, in any division.
No full court press if defense is ahead 10 or more points.
Two Technical Fouls by a coach or player in a game: the respective
player or coach is disqualified from remainder of tournament.
Overtime: 1st Overtime is 3 minutes; 2nd Overtime is sudden death.
1 time out per overtime/team.
All referee calls are final.
Player eligibility is the responsibility of the player and coach.
One adult volunteer from each team for book scorekeeper may be needed.
Numbers should be worn on back of jerseys (prefer front also).
2 time outs (1 min.) per half, no carryovers.
Non-shooting fouls: 1-1 shot on 7th team foul & 2 on 10th.
