Registration	If entering mixed graded team, you must enter the highest grade level of your team members; pay to Regional Wellness Center
Rules	All teams play 3 games, unless brkts are not full; 8 team tournament format; first game starts 8am; schedules to be sent out prior to tournament; Iowa High School rules, except: games consist of 2/16 min halves with continuous clock; clock stops on dead balls last minute each half and on shooting fouls; halftime= 3 mins;1 min overtime - 2nd overtime will be sudden death; 1 timeout per half with no carry over of t/out; 1 timeout each team per overtime; NO 3 ptr; pressing allowed to 15 point lead only; zone defense allowed; warm up balls NOT provided; team roster to be provided prior to start not exceeding 15 players; no additions or changes allowed after start of 1st game; Players, 2 coaches, and scorekeeper admitted free; light/dark numbered shirts reqd; RWC will provide locker room for participants to change in; Adm: adults $2, students $1; this is adm for the tournament only, not to use the facility; coaches responsible for their players on and off court throughout RWC facility
