* Awards for 1st & 2nd
* Guaranteed 2 games; 1st round winners will get 3 games if enough teams.
* Games played at the Pocahontas Area High School & Elementary Gyms (both are full size courts)
*15 minute halves with continuous clock except for last 1 minute of the game
*2 time outs (1 minute each); 1 timeout in overtime (cannot carry over timeouts from regulation)
*Overtimes will be 2 minutes long; clock stops last minute
*5 minute warm up before game (unless we’re behind schedule)
*no zones; no press until last 2 minutes of each half
*3 minute halftime
*Free Throws will be 1 shot for 2 points; on made basket with foul it will be 1 shot for 1 point
*substitutions on dead ball only
