Entry Fee: $110 – 3rd-4th Grade
$120 – 5th-8th Grade –We will be using certified officials
Games: 2 games guaranteed with most teams getting three
Game Sites: High School in Eddyville (2 gyms available), Eddyville Elementary Gym, Blakesburg Elementary, and Fremont Elementary
Grades: 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, & 8th
Deadline: Send entry form and check to the address below. The first eight teams at each grade level with entry fee and form mailed in will be entered. Entries must be turned in by February 10, 2017.
Roster: Limited to 12 players
Medals: Medals will be awarded to the top two teams in each division. Tie breakers will be 1.) Head to head competition 2.) Fewest points given up 3.) Most points scored 4.) Coin Toss

| 2017 Tournament Rules
Regular IHSAA rules will be followed with the following adaptations:
1. Eight-minute quarters with a continuous running clock except for the last two minutes of the 4th quarter if the score is within 10 points. 3rd and 4th grade will run Seven-minute quarters, with 3 minutes between games to warm up.
2. The warm-up between games will be five minutes with a three-minute halftime. The tournament director has the right to shorten warm-ups or halftimes if we fall behind schedule.
3. No pressing will be allowed except for the final two minutes of the 4th quarter and overtime. Players must get back on defense after a missed shot or loss of possession.
4. Players will foul out after five fouls. A team fouled in the act of shooting will be given one point and will retain possession of the basketball. If the basket is made and a foul is called in the act of shooting, the shooting team will be awarded the basket and one point. Possession will then go to the other team. During the last two minutes of the game and overtime, all fouls will be granted two free throws, including those in the act of shooting.
5. The first overtime will consist of one minute with the second overtime being sudden death.
6. No Zone Defense.
7. We will furnish basketballs.
8. Teams will be allowed 2 full & 1 twenty-second timeout.
9. Medals awarded to top two teams (Maximum of 12 medals). The tiebreaker will be in this order: head to head competition, least amount of points given up, most points scored & coin toss.
10. Admission charge for adults is $4.00 & students $2.00 for the day.
11. Good sportsmanship is expected at all times.
