-Qualified officials will be used. Iowa High School rules apply except as noted.
-Time outs: Two times outs per half with one time out in an overtime period.
-All grades will play 8-minute quarters, with continuous clock; the clock will stop in the last minute of each quarter, and for time outs.
-Players may play on only one team. A name can appear on one roster only for tournament.
-Five minute warm ups between games and five minutes between halves.
-No team will be allowed on the floor more than 15 min. prior to game.
-Teams must have 5 players ready to play by the scheduled starting time.
-Teams shall have a light and dark uniforms with numbers. Top bracket teams will wear light color and be the home team.
-Full Court Press will be allowed the last two minutes of each half as long as the score difference is less than 10 points, grades 5-8 boys and girls. No press for 4th grade boys and girls.
- If the score difference is greater than 15 points the clock will not stop in the last minute of each quarter.
-Junior High size ball will be used.
-No warm up balls will be provided.
-OT will be one minute, the clock will stop, one time out per team.
Boys will play on Saturday and Girls will play on Sunday.
