All participants must be from the same school district. The intended purpose of the Jamboree is to give town teams extra games.
5 run max per inning
Stealing: Runners cannot leave the base until the ball crosses home plat. From 3rd base you CAN score on a passed ball. (3rd grade NO stealing home)
Pitchers shall only pitch 3 innings or 65 pitches per day.
Infield fly rule is in effect.
